Courtney Troyan Esq.

Courtney Troyan concentrates her practice in personal injury law, representing individuals who have been hurt in motor vehicle accidents, premises liability incidents, construction accidents, and other serious injury matters. Her approach is grounded in one simple goal: helping injured clients feel supported, informed, and protected while their case moves through an often confusing legal system.
From the first client conversation through settlement, Courtney plays an active role in every stage of a case. She works closely with clients to understand how an injury has affected their daily lives, then helps build each claim with careful preparation and attention to detail. Courtney regularly drafts key legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery demands, and responses, laying the groundwork for strong outcomes while ensuring nothing is overlooked.
Courtney’s commitment to advocacy is shaped by her background as a Division I lacrosse athlete at Stony Brook University, where she learned the value of teamwork, discipline, and perseverance. She later earned her Juris Doctor from Touro University in 2023. Those experiences continue to influence how she practices law today, with focus, resilience, and a collaborative mindset.
What defines Courtney’s work is not just legal skill, but how she treats the people she represents. She understands that injuries bring stress, uncertainty, and disruption, and she strives to provide steady guidance and clear communication throughout the process. Clients can expect a thoughtful, hands-on advocate who takes their concerns seriously and works diligently to move their case forward.
Courtney is proud to be part of Palermo Law’s team-oriented approach to personal injury representation, where every client matters and every case receives careful attention.
