Born and raised in Huntington, New York, Steven grew up as the middle child between his older brother Edward and younger brother Christopher, often serving as the bridge between them. He learned early how to listen, understand different perspectives, and step in when problems needed to be worked out. That instinct carried into adulthood and ultimately became the foundation of a law practice built with his brothers, grounded in respect and collaboration.
Steven’s commitment to personal injury law is shaped by firsthand experience. While attending college, he suffered a serious knee injury during a lacrosse practice that required major surgery and ended his athletic career. Years later, he was involved in a severe motor vehicle collision that left him with multiple fractures and a long recovery. Dealing personally with insurance delays, skepticism, and blame-shifting gave him a clear understanding of what injured people face after an accident.
After beginning his career in criminal defense, Steven shifted his practice entirely to personal injury law. He has handled hundreds of cases involving motor vehicle accidents, catastrophic injuries, premises liability, and wrongful death. His work includes securing multi-million-dollar verdicts and settlements, including a $5.5 million trial verdict and a $3.2 million recovery, and has been recognized by publications such as the New York Law Journal, Newsday, and the New York Post. Many of Steven’s high-profile cases have also been reported in local newspapers and television programs.
Steven practices primarily in Long Island, where he regularly appears in local courts and works closely with medical providers, experts, and legal professionals. His familiarity with the local legal landscape allows him to move cases efficiently, anticipate challenges, and push matters toward resolution rather than letting them stall.
What defines Steven’s practice is not just the results he achieves, but how he treats the people he represents. He understands the stress, uncertainty, and disruption that follow a serious injury. That perspective drives a hands-on approach focused on communication, preparation, and relentless advocacy from the first consultation through resolution.
